Facebook Live to Come

I will be doing a Facebook live for random legal questions. This should be a fun excersize to see what the non-legal community is curious about when it comes to the Law. If you’d like to participate please leave a comment for topics and inquiries into legal questions you’ve always wondered! My experiences mostly lay in DUI, the 4th, 5th, the 6th amendment, traffic stops; Family Law, specifically child custody, visitation and support, restraining orders, spousal support, modest means, family law facilitators; Civil litigation, filing jurisdiction, venue, strategy, the Civil Litigation Process, CCP (California Civil Procedure), Plaintiffs work, Expert Witnesses, depositions, motions, communicating with client and other parties.
